Fodzyme success

So far, i have used Fodzyme a few times and enjoyed a meal out without the aftermath (upset) from eating things that are not low fodmap. I find that even though i was choosing carefully when out, there were always ingredients in meals that were not mentioned on the menu, thereby causing me to have issues later in the day and the following day. It will also allow me freedom when im cooking at home too. I’m glad i found Fodzyme as I’ve tried a few different enzymes and this one actually works.

If you haven't tried this enzyme powder for FODMAPS what are you waiting for?! I can now eat so many more foods I have a so much more confidence when I eat out with friends and when I celebrate with family - I always have a sachet or 2 in every handbag so I can go anywhere at the drop of a hat as well. Some times I use more than one sachet - the instruction booklet tells you exactly how to use it. FODZYME doesn't cover all FODMAP foods yet but it is underway. First time I've ordered from Glow Proteins was a super easy process and arrived in good time.

Great product!

This is a truly great product! I used it when flying to Europe recently, as the plane food can be strange... It was my best experience ever, as I did not have any digestive issues. It also helps with my constipation and dairy intolerance. I recommend this product, but it is too expensive for everyday use.
