Great tummy relief

I take the daily Probiotic along with the Sterculia Fibre and the magnesium. It has taken a year for me to work out the correct dose of fibre and magnesium for my body. For me, each season is a little different for my tummy. I think they all work really well together and have given my tummy much relief, after years of searching.
