Yes this razor is scary aggressive. If you can't shave with a stright razor and not hack your face off this might not be the razor you are looking for. It's exactly what I was looking for though. It has a very shallow cap and is great for lining up your beard if you don't want to do all the prep and time for your stright razor. I have and do shave with it when I remove the beard, and it's wonderful if you are not trusting the razor to shave for you. The angle matters, the last thing you want to do is press in with this guy. But if you are looking for the most aggressive safty razor you can find this might be perfect and works magic cutting in a beard line.
