Just a phenomenal razor. Buttery smooth on the low setting but still efficient. Excellent in the mid range where comfort is still noticeable, and with a careful hand and minimal pressure is extremely close in the high range. Has become my favorite daily driver.

A year has passed since I first saw this razor. As soon as I looked at her, I immediately wanted her.For me, this razor is so special and so beautifully crafted It's unlike any razor I've ever seen.Sometimes, looking at it, I think it's some kind of alien artifact. But the photos don't tell you anything. You can't even imagine how beautiful she is in real life.Dear Shane, and everyone involved in making this wonderful razor, you've created a masterpiece. This razor belongs in a museum. It is beautiful. And of course, it gives you a superb Great Shave. It's not cheap, but believe me, it's worth every penny. If you are still thinking whether to take it or not, just take it, no need to think. If you are still thinking whether to take it or not, just take it, no need to think.Thank you Blackland and thank you Shane for being there.

I recently switched from my beloved Blackbird to the Osprey, here’s why. Since I started shaving some fifty years ago I have always had some issues with a cowlick in a small area of my face that caused irritation due to ingrown whiskers. Bottom line, I have done my best to live with it over the years. Now that I’m older and my whiskers are becoming finer the problem has become more severe. Since I started using the Osprey initially dialing it in to 5.5 I’ve seen a noticeable improvement. It’s only been about 3 weeks and I haven’t really played with the adjustments but I’m confident I can dial it in some more. Before the purchase I called for some advice and was fortunate enough to speak with Shane who gave me an honest opinion. No sales pitch just an honest answer. How can you beat that?
