Not H&B quality

Within a couple months the “brass” H&B end cap was falling out of one of the tools. The finish has since worn off most of the others. When I reached out to see about a warranty replacement I was told there was none and I was offered 15% off of a new order. We’ve had H&B aprons for years so this was disappointing. The price and design of these tools implies a premium product but we’ve had IKEA kitchen tools last forever when these did not. Also worth pointing out that the metal (?) tang inside the handles does not run the length of the tool, meaning the very end of each handle is floppy.
