Investment I will not regret!

I've wanted a knife this size for a while. Was sold on the intentional quality details like the brass rivets and unique shiso green handle. I I am small woman with smaller hands, so the amount of control and precision I get when using this knife really helps cooking prep tasks go smoother! Also, get the knife sheath! It's beautiful, and fits into place on the magnate so beautifully. It's so sharp, and I am confident it will last forever. Invest in yourself, and invest in your kitchen and in all your future meals and buy this knife!!

3.5 stars. Overall I am generally pleased with this knife. It’s a unique size that really does fill a niche in size in between a chef knife and a pairing knife. I don’t like using pairing knives, so I always use a chef knife. I do appreciate how light this knife is, and I find myself using it for more tasks than I expected. The advertising for these knives is a bit over the top, kind of raises the expectations too much. The fit and finish on this knife was underwhelming. The handle material feels a little cheap. The tang of the knife is not polished flush with the plastic handle, so you can feel a bit of a burr when griping the handle. The blade has machining marks on it. It is priced lower than some higher end knives, but I guess you give up a bit on quality. Overall the knife is fine, my expectations were just too high.

The Utility Knife is, as advertised, the perfect size for smaller and more detail-oriented tasks. This Knife also has the potential to tackle larger tasks like meats, hearty veggies, etc. This Knife allows for lots of control and is extremely efficient given how sharp it is. Bought this in the Shiso Green color way and couldn’t be happier with its style and versatility in my kitchen.
