The jacket sleeves were...
The jacket sleeves were a little long. I submitted a request for replacement and the jacket arrived a couple of day later. The process was easy and the jacket looked great!

Nice Jacket!
The jacket was delivered on time and as ordered. It looked brand new and fit well! Returning it was very easy, just had to use the same shipping box and drop it off at a local Fed-Ex office.
