Blue Suit Jacket

A big hit with people who saw me at event.

The jacket was a perfect fit for the event I was attending. it arrived as stated when I first went in and made my request. it came nicely packaged and they provided a mailing box for easy return without having to travel to store. I highly recommend Black Tux for any occasion where outfits to meet your needs are met and exceeded in most cases. teh fitting and measurements were spot on and easy to get done, great job.

Horrible!

The worst experience I ever had. I went for fitting and when I received the jacket, the fit was good but arm length extremely short. I asked to lengthen by 2 inches. I received a replacement jacket and they increased it by 3.5 inches and it was way too long and the jacket around my body fit poorly and stitching was horrible. It’s like they tried to make the wrong size work.

The jacket came with the sleeves too long and the sleeves were both different lengths. 2 others in our party also had issues with the jacket size and sleeve length. Not knowing if the right size would arrive was stressful so I opted for tailor option even though it was not guaranteed past $15 which any alteration is going to be. I will say the customer response was great and Mark was 5/5 in resolving the issue and covered the additional cost
