A suggestion on your return label-mine ripped as I was tearing off the outer label- consider using a separate label that is taped on the inside of the box then the customer can put over the original label on the outside box.

Stand by their promise

Black Tux did an excellant job of replacing size issue. The sleeves on 48S were much longer than I expected and I also had lost some weight. They instantly sent a 46S which was perfect fit. Overall these guys provide a great service.

Never using Black Tux again!

Despite being measured, the jacket came back and did't fit. Then, my appointment to get remeasured that I made 3 weeks in advance, 1 week before the wedding, was cancelled the day of the appointment and I was told I could have another appointment in 2 weeks, after the wedding. I had to spend 3 hours on calls with your international call support team trying to get another appointment. There was no logic in their conversations, just robots reading a script. I (and the groom, as well as six of the groomsmen had multiple issues and never using Black Tux again was the conversation of the wedding morning). Never again!
