Enjoyed the fit, the only issue was I had to get a replacement jacket because the sleeves were an inch too long, I should have the option to have the sleeves shortened at time of original order.

Great jacket, didn’t like the shoulders

Nice fabric, good fit. Hated the shoulders. Super square and heavily padded. Would have preferred a more natural shoulder.

Customer Service and Product Received were Poor

I went all the way into your store to get some adjustments to my button up and jacket. I was told almost immediately before I could even speak that the shirt wasn’t theirs when it obviously was. I was questioned at every turn about whether it was the size I ordered for the jacket. It was, but I needed the sleeves hemmed. That’s why I was there. Then when I received the jacket back a day before we left the country for the wedding, the jacket sleeves were 2 inches longer rather than the 2 inches shorter I asked for. No one on the team seemed to understand what their job was. And we were told not to worry about the fee as we wouldn’t be back in the country in time to return the items, yet we were charged anyway. I was very disappointed in this experience and I would not recommend your company.
