Worst retail experience ever

This has been the worst retail experience in my 50 years. 10 days before my event, you informed me (by email) that my jacket is not available. This is after I made my reservation six months in advance. You offered no usable solution. At one point, your associate asked if I could just wear a black jacket, when the entire wedding party is wearing white. You ended up sending me a jacket two sizes too big, with sleeves that came down to my fingertips. Customer care’s suggestion was to give me a $10 credit for me to go have it altered. This is with it being two days before the event. Then 24 hours later, I received a threatening email stating that I’m not allowed to alter the jacket. Not to mention the touch showed up, wrinkled, disheveled. Other members of the wedding party had a similar experience.
