Garlic & Pepper Smoked Salmon

When we run out, we re-order

We are very fond of the garlic and pepper smoked salmon. When we get down to just two packages left, we order more. Not only that, we have a friend who also loves it so our order normally re-supplies two households. Except for this particular salmon, ours is a vegetarian household. Our favorite way to eat it is by starting with a thin rice cake, spreading it with a cashew cheese, and then adding the smoked salmon on top. YUM. Speaking of which, I think it’s time to take a package out of the freezer and let it thaw. We usually have one ready to go, but we ate the previous one already.
