Lupin Flakes

I enjoy having the lupin flakes daily. I use them in my overnight oatmeal mixture I have concocted with seeds and berries. The mild taste makes the lupin flakes a perfect addition to any meal!

These are very versatile and high-protein with a good flavour. I like using it as panko.
