Great base for primavera sauce

We loved the egg white spaghetti noodles! They are very tasty and were a great base for a fresh primavera sauce. We also found them very convenient, since all we had to do was boil them for a minute to warm them up. A great way to add some additional protein to our meal.

Great texture and amazing flavor

I was honestly surprised by how much I enjoyed these! The texture is so much better than I expected, especially compared to other low-carb noodles I’ve tried. They absorbed the flavor of my sauce really well and made a filling meal without all the extra carbs and calories. I love that they’re made with egg whites and are high in protein, which helps keep me full longer. They’re quick to prepare, convenient, and perfect when I’m craving pasta but want a healthier option. I’ll definitely be buying these again!
