I love them they take the flavor of whatever u add to them like tofu. I use to eat rice noodles, but there is no comparison to these egg noodles. They actually are good jst as they are with no broth or sauce. I have given some to my neighbors and they have called family and other friends to let them know how delicious and high on protein.
