High Protein Mini Milk Chocolate Candies

The picture was misleading. The candy looks like M&Ms. That is what I thought I was getting. They are very tasty though.

I must have not read the package completely because these have a whole lot of sugar in them. 16 total and 14 added. 28%!! Only 7g of protein. I have other treats that are a whole lot more protein, less sugar, and more fiber. These only have one fiber. Plus for the one little package they are 160 cal. They are not the same size as M&Ms. They are teeny little bites. Sort of like something you would see in cereal or in a candy bar. They taste fine, but not much chocolate taste because they’re so small. They have 8 g of total fat and 18 total carbs. They are expensive. They have a lot of calories. And a lot of sugar. And the protein is really not that high. They taste fine. But I will be giving them to somebody else who doesn’t have to watch her sugars. Obviously not buying them again.
