Easy iphone set up. There is a slight delay when playing music. But so far so good other than that.

Pretty satisfied with this purchase. Not giving it 5 stars because for the price I expect it to run flawlessly. With that said, it works 99% of the time. Maybe it deserves 5 stars. At least 4.5

Didn’t work with my car because it doesn’t have CarPlay (even though the video I watched didn’t mention CarPlay is needed for this to work). I contacted support and now it’s been over a month that I’ve been communicating wit them to get instructions on how to send back for a full refund (which they only do within 30 days). We’ve been going in circles for over 30 days now…they wanted a video to show it didn’t work (I screenshot that CarPlay is not in a 2016 Audi), they then told me they’d give $10 credit for the inconvenience of the product not working, but no return instructions. Then, after asking again, they said I’d have to pay shipping and a restocking fee, but no details on the fee. This is so unacceptable and is why I only buy from Amazon - never had these types of issues with Amazon.
