mine works perfectly fine, not sure why this has so many neg reviews

Didnt tell me anything about shipping just showed up

I bought 2 mini cubes and one if them didnt work. I got in contact with them to return and they made it hard to. Wanted information on my brand new car. I didnt feel good about that. And take video of me trying to fix the problem. The thing wouldnt even power on. The one that did work had like a five second delay which indont like and it cuts off every now amd then. All around bad product and bad customer service. Now im out $80. It doesnt even deserve 1 star.
