Not a smooth run

Its was easy to assemble, and its conveniently light to move in and out of the house . The firs 10 miles on this thing were not smooth. You need the steadyness of a mountain goat to run on this thing. The belt is aligned and centered but it bounces from resistance to free fall randomly. The brands i use at the gym are not this janky

I purchased a CT400 and had some issues with the bolts that attach the uprights to the frame. I was concerned with the stripping of the bolts, so I send a voicemail and texts with Brant. I am pleased to say that the response was timely and professional. I was assure that the treadmill would be replaced if damage was done to the lugs if forced. I did receive 3 extra bolts to replace the ones that stripped, and I was able to finish the assembly of the unit. Thank you for the timely attention and follow thru on resolving the issue. I appreciate that. I would recommend this particular treadmill .
