The cinnamon raisin i keep in the freezer. I take out a slice or two and add cream cheese! So yummy. It is so good it does not taste like gluten free, but it is gluten free! Please keep making this bread!! My local store carries this brand but not the cinnamon raisin! So this is the secord time i have ordered on line!
