I have been using my cookware for three weeks now and loving. I haven’t used the grill pan yet, but the skillet cooks evenly, sears perfectly, and cleans with very little effort. The fact that it is pre-seasoned is an added bonus. The surface and quality reminds me of the cast iron cookware my grandmother had.
