Good for eyes and other health benefits

I decided to try Astaxanthin following a visit to the opticians. Although nothing seriously wrong I realised my eyes needed some TLC especially at 65 +. I also think they contribute to recovery after strenuous exercise. I thought a supplement was a good idea as my diet is low in astaxanthin foods.

No difference yet, but only 1. 5 bottles in so perhaps too soon. 1 star if this is long enough to notice a difference, 3 star if not as price/ingredients/delivery time good.

I really like it Zooki supplements . I’m testing astaxanthin second month , on subscription . At the moment it’s too early to say something but capsules are very easy to swallow .
