Disappointed Customer

I purchased the burner in late Aug 2023. We were told 2 weeks for delivery and that was false. The item finally was delivered in late Sep damaged. Out the box the burner was bent in 3 sides. I returned the item to the SA store and as of today, 05-23, the manager is waiting to hear from the distributor about my replacement burner. At this pace it's looking like Nov we may get our burner ordered in Aug. Considering canceling the order and going elsewhere for Customer Satisfaction. Enclosing, we are very disappointed with BBQ Outfitters.
