Arrived damaged but made good

The Joe Jr arrived destroyed. The outside and inside parts were destroyed. After a quick call and an email to customer service they got on the issue. After receiving a couple items from Komodo Joe Atlanta Grill Company came through and sent a newly arrived. Joe Junior to me just in time for the weekend. The inconvenience was unpleasant, but the replacement process was excellent. This isn't the first time I purchased from Atlanta Grill company is more than likely I'll purchase from them again.

Love it

Love the grill. Cheapest price I found. Shipped fast and couldn’t have been packaged better. My grill arrived with no damage and I have enjoyed cooking on it. Plenty of room on the grill for my family.
