Chocolate Fudge Brownie

Overall, I have always come to love the traditional chocolate chip cookie, and the new one with the protein. I was super excited to try the extra chocolate one with the fudge however, I was a little disappointed. It wasn’t nearly as chocolatey as I was hoping. If I had to close my eyes and taste either the chocolate chip cookie or this one I’m not sure I would be able to tell the difference…regardless they taste great but if you wanted something super chocolatey that reminds you of a fudge brownie, I’m not sure this would hit the spot the way that you were hoping.

It’s bland. Not very tasty.

The texture is very soft and it’s moist. But as for taste and flavor, it’s severely lacking. There’s not enough chocolate flavor. I don’t know if that’s because it’s dairy free or not, but you could make something taste rich and chocolate without dairy. It just is Bland with made me even a slightly bitter taste to it. In my opinion. I just did not like it very much at all. Not worth the high price in my opinion. I can see how much effort they’ve gone to make these due to the quality and density and moistness of the cookie so that’s why it gets two stars, but the flavor really needs to be developed further or they need to revamp the recipe.

Don’t like the texture

The taste is pretty good, but I really don’t care for the texture. I will say that the brownies taste better after warming for 20 seconds in the microwave. The flavor of the hot fudge could be much better. Once I finish the order that I have on hand, I might try a different flavor.
