Moccamaster KM5 Burr Grinder

Not working! I’ve sent two emails per website form and tried calling customer service several times only to be told to contact them through website. Very dissapointed with service and product! I should’ve heeded other reports with the same issues.

Really the grinder is perfect for any respectable coffee maker and like to grind. Solid well built. Probably about 20ish lbs. My only reservation is the hopper is a sorta flimsy plastic. Not a huge issue.

Everything about this coffee grinder is wonderful. I have owned nearly every coffee grinder on the market. Let's face it, coffee grinders are messy. This one is the least messy of anyone I've used. It's easy to change the grind. I like having the lid for the glass container in case I grind more beans than I need.
