Thermal Carafe 1.25L

I contacted customer service when the glass inside my carafe shattered. The representative was kind, sympathetic, and listened to my explanation. She apologized for the inconvenience. I was sent a new carafe.

Hoping this one lasts longer than a month. Initial carafe did not have bottom attached correctly causing leak everywhere. MoccaMaster “honored” warranty but only because it was purchased so recently but out of 30 day initial period. Regardless, it should have been covered under total warranty not just because used so little and bought so recently. MoccaMaster should honor entire system for warranty. I am not going to pay $85 for a replacement if it happens again. My old Technivorm is still going strong after a decade. Go back to older version if glass carafe poses issues

Great courtesy to provide me with carafe without charge when your original stopped retaining heat in just over 12 months of use. Do you want me to send the used carafe back so you could check why it failed? Would that help you improve your product?
