I also use this for our home coffee maker we own 8 grands and we recommend only the moccasins to all our customers and fellow coffee makers. Because we bloom all our fresh roasted coffees which we roast 11 single origins at 4 to 5 different roast profiles only the moccasins is capable of blooming and delivering all the wonderful flavor notes each coffee bean offers. It's dependable and affordable along with quality!! We use third wave supplements and the Moccamaster does the rest so we have the perfect brew every time.
