Santoku - Maple Burl

This is my second hazaki knife, the first one is same knife with the walnut handle. Second knife with the black maple handle, gave to my son. We both enjoy using them. Cooking professionally for forty years, my only regret, was not getting one sooner. Thanks for the great knifes.

I love the knife. But during the shipping, they was not a lot of stuffing paper and the knife was out of the box. Better to put elastic when it’s shipped.

We have four Hazaki Maple Burl knives and use them every day. They are truly great knives, whether slicing very thin or cutting though cabbage or carrots. They feel good in your hand and look fantastic displayed on the magnetic knife holder. Highly recommended.
