These knives are very sharp right out of the box. They are really comfortable to hold and look good. I am glad they are from Canada.

Very nice steak knives, HUGE improvement on the average serrated steak knife. Much cleaner cuts, less juices are lost/flooding your plate. The grain really pops if you treat them with a bees wax.

They are attractive works of art, and show the passion put into the craftsmanship. Japanese steel is always impressive with hundreds of years of sword making expertise behind some thing as practical as a steak knife.
