Making templates on a plexiglass is not a great idea. If you’re bearing happens to stall, it will heat up and wreck the edge of your template. I have redone all of your templates to a quarter inch high temp phenolic that will last forever. so unless I do my own, I only buy your templates to transfer to a reasonable material.
