Tasty, but rather heavy on the salt. Better for savory dishes as-is. I filtered out the bigger salt flakes, and it has a better balance now for anything from toast to popcorn to a dry rub.

Love to use in coffee/hot chocolate, oatmeal and yogurt. Adds great flavor to so many things!

I enjoyed this spice, only slight complaint was the salt, not the content so much as the size, I'm assuming crushed kosher salt but it could be a little smaller grain. I've used it on pancakes, ice cream, as a topping on a vanilla milkshake, and other things and it never disappointed.
