Fourth plan I have bought, never dissapoint
Love these plans, the sessions are absolutely great, lots of variation and structure to them. Very customisable too, I move the sessions around from the plan to suit my weekly routine. Have had success with plans over different distances and paces before and this plan is going well so far.

Increased VO2 Max!
I am in the middle of the plan, and I have already seen my VO2 max increase by two points according to my Garmin. My speed sessions and tempo workouts are getting a little faster each week. I recommend this plan to anyone wanting to increase their performance and overall fitness!

Great start into the training block
Having read multiple books on marathon training and all distances below, Ben’s training plans are still a welcome addition during each training block. Well rounded and adapted for personal goals!
