The Half Marathon L2 Improver plan from Parkers Running is a well-structured and confidence-building program designed for runners who already have a solid base and are ready to push their performance to the next level , however I haven't completed any half marathon yet but I'm impressed how clearly the plan is laid out, making it easy to follow without feeling overwhelming. One of the most useful features is the inclusion of a detailed pace chart. This takes the guesswork out of training by showing exactly how fast each run should be, whether it’s an easy recovery jog, a steady run, or a more intense sessions.

Very supportive
I really like that there are practical steps and guides for paces and S&C work along with genuine encouragement to persist when legs are tired. The only comment would be on how to push things on further if you need a challenge.

Improve my time!!
I brought the beginner half plan last year and it was brilliant! Just what I needed for motivation in training. Looking forward to this plan to hopefully improve on my time this year. Thanks Ben for these brilliant training plans!!
