Huge PB!
I started the training plan 12 weeks out thinking I would try to run a 1:35 half marathon. Following this plan, little by little, I realized I was exceeding the fitness needed for that goal. I changed my goal to 1:33, then to 1:32, then on race day I went out with the intention of running 1:30. I ended up getting just under 1:29. I completely dropped the runner I thought I was capable of being when I started the plan! Thanks so much Ben!

Half Marathon L4 Advanced Training Plan for June 2026 Round Sheffield Run!
Great plan - I'm loving all of these L4 plans at the moment and I'm really seeing results and my running ability and form is definitely improving. This half marathon plan has the right amount of challenge to build strength and speed sensibly with some recovery weeks built in. Thanks for all your help - looking forward to starting in the elite wave of RSR in June!
