So on this beautiful Day After the snow and ice melted, a hint of spring green on the sun-warmed breeze and blue skies and sunshine? I reached for this Bao Zhong Oolong. It embodies all the hints and fragrances of this teasing spring day: a little golden warmth in the cup, a hint of flowers and hay, a very light honey in the taste. It is buoyant, lovely and smooth. It just makes you smile and nod to the promise of spring.

Thank you Mike for the extra sample to complete my OOLongs test tasting!! So far my choices are: Bao Zhong and Jade...other favorites: Gunpower green, White Peony and Shou Pu'er. Tea never tasted so good. Fast shipping and fresh loose leaf teas!! Highly recommend Mike and his shop!!!
