This company really does not miss. Just another solid everyday choice. Personally I would pick Pippy the Kid or Mothership over this one, just for the complexity of flavor, but. I imagine if Sunny Shu was my introduction to pu'eh I'd be very pleased with it.

Incredible
Shu puer is always very hit or miss for me and this one is an absolute hit. No aged funk or off flavors and very clear liquid with no cloudiness and a beautiful deep ruby color. A lot of natural sweetness and a very mouth coating full bodied texture. I get hints of chocolate, caramel, and baked goods in the flavor. This is well worth the price and I will be buying a lot more soon.

Wonderful taste, just like it's name this tea tastes super bright and clear for a shu puer. Brewed it gongfu style (3.5 oz gaiwan), so I used only half the ball and it still gave me a good 9 steeps (made nearly a quart!) before the flavor started to drop.
