Lumyhealth Red & Infrared Light Therapy Shoulder Wrap

The red light and heat are nice. The vibration is not consistent so that isnt used. It starts and stops which is distracting. There is only one use per charge. Good concept, but needs some adjustments.

Shoulder felt better after two days and haven’t had to use it since. Normally in excruciating pain.

I used it for 3 days 15-20 min a day before it needed charging. I then spent several days trying to get it backlit to fully charged. It doesn’t charge well using a USB to AC plug. I finally found a USB port on one of my surge protectors that enabled it to fully charge. I think the combo of light, heat and massage/vibration with my PT is helping at last.
