First of all, the Upper Cart Assembly Instructions 1 have the back panel improperly oriented. Thankfully I read the whole plan and realized the channels are on the long side, but the picture is misleading. Also, having to use a router was a total PITA, especially with plywood, and had I realized that prior to the purchase and execution, it would have been a non-starter. It was a massive time-sink and didn't turn out as sturdy as I hoped.

Need to adjust the plans to fill a designated spot , yet to have the spare time to get it done.

This was easy to follow and the cart works wonders. Got all my sheet goods and hardwood scraps organized.
