I've tried lots of Omega-3 fish oil tablets over the years. Nothing compares to just eating a load of salmon but in this economy??!!, so these are the best second choice. No fishy burps. I would say 50% of the effect of eating a bunch of salmon, but 100% better than other Omega-3 tablets.

Since I don’t eat enough fish every week, I want to make sure I get above Omega-3. My hair looks shinier and my skin is more clear now too. They also don’t leave a weird fishy taste in your gut.
