Excellent shipping conditions. One can tell the difference in quality with Old Salt Pork: reared outdoors, tender and juicy meat, perfect for steel or cast iron ware. Tasted wonderful with my whiskey/grass-fed butter recipe ! Very please with the quality of this product !
