They were lighter than I was expecting but still sturdy and well made. Easy to use and definitely makes neutral grip pull-ups easier. Also able to use them with distance bands for pulldown workouts.

Great Price and Exceptional Customer Service

I recently got these about two or three weeks ago, and I’ve really been enjoying them. I like doing burnout sets on pull-ups, and by the time I get to my third or fourth set, I’ll throw these on the pull-up bar. I’ve noticed that I’m able to get a few more good reps with them, and they also seem to engage my forearms more while giving my grip a bit of a break. As for the actual product, they are made of plastic, but they feel very sturdy and like they’ll last a long time. The price is also reasonable and not too expensive for a quality product. One other thing worth noting is that the company is really good about responding and communicating with customers. They accidentally sent me two left handles, so I emailed them on a weekend evening expecting not to hear back until Monday or Tuesday. Instead, I received a response within about an hour, and they had the correct handle shipped out shortly after. I was honestly blown away by that. It really impressed me and showed how much they care about their customers.

these are great for my exercise bands I love them,. I haven't tried them on my pull-up bars as of yet but I'm sure they will be just as good because they really feel good in my hands.
