Used for Marathon training and race. Extremely satisfied. Just take a shake before going out and your energy levels are high for hours! For longer runs, over 2 hours, I have added 1-3 Edge gels during the run. Incredably easy and well-functioning energy plan, at least for my body. I will never run a Marathon without this again.
