Great for music. Too loud for microphone / phone calls.

Sound quality outstanding for the price. Really wanted to give five stars BUT it does not normalize volume for phone calls the way AirPods or even BTR7 does - calls come in either too loud or too quiet thus limiting its use case for someone (like me) who has to take phone calls for work.

I owned the xp-2 pro and this took it to the next level. Sure you loose the 3.5mm line in but they did what they should have done from the get go and added balanced as well as a multifunction button to next track instead of just play pause. Yeah it’s not for everyone but it feels great in the hand and a solid smooth build.
