Very fast shipping! Ordered 2/12/26 and came in 2/20/26. (CA to WA). Tracking like others said is almost non existent, but understandable since it's shipped by semi truck. Was packed very nicely, no damage. Pro tips. When unpacking, I recommend laying the package flat down, so items don't tumble down. When putting up the front panel, make sure everything is lined up and make sure the front panel is about an inch above the ground. So far, everything is good, solid unit. Lots of room for stretching. But I think the smaller versions may be better for intense sweating, because the further away you are from the heaters the less hot it is. However the duet has enough room to change positions and put the whole body on the sitting bench for more heat. I have no regrets with getting the bigger unit, but if your partner doesn't like sauna or you plan on using the unit solely by yourself, the smaller unit is the better play.

Good packaging in a crate but the glass door is not secure. Broke upon unpacking. Lifepro difficult to deal with replacement.
