Good quality item, not sure how much it helps

The PostureFit add-on and OLS adapter are well-built, and I really appreciated the video instructions on how to install it. I’m not 100% sure how much it helps, as I tend to recline in my chair a bit more than the Aeron designers intended. Maybe more time in the chair will change my opinion. The OLS adapter was a bit frustrating to install. The bottom of the PostureFit has a curve and the OLS adapter is flat, which means mounting it with the screws required some trial-and-error to align everything. I got there in the end, but it wasn’t easy. Once you do attach it it’s very solid.
