Original Biltong with Fat - Slab Subscription

Always good. My only complaint is that one full slab of biltong doesn't even last an afternoon in this house!

This product tastes amazing! I have a slicer as it makes it so much better to cut!

Recipe changed with ownership.

Tasting less like biltong and more like jerky. The once juicy fat rims are now flaccid strings tasting only of grease. Very disappointed in what was a great product.
