Excellent Customer Service

Glad to see there are a few good companies left out there. There was a tiny issue with the arrival of my Cooler (on a Sunday, mind you!) and it was handled, immediately with the replacement part being set OVERNIGHT. Kudos my fellow Americans! Time to get chilly! So far after setup, the cooler is getting to my temp in fairly quick fashion, Id say 4 hrs total and I cleaned my tub and fully filled with (treated) fresh water. I live in SoCal and the nights here are cool n crisp, a huge plus for outdoor ice bathers. Thanks again!

Take the plunge!!!

I have been researching cold plunges for a year and a half now. I sent three systems back from three different companies because they were not what I wanted. I contacted this company and everything changed! I got all of my millions of questions answered, was walked through in great detail on how to set up my tub with the chiller, and it is all working great! The chiller is as high quality as the customer service is. I can't recommend this company and their products enough!!

Had an issue when I first received the chiller. Customer service was super helpful with trouble shooting and ultimately replacing the unit. Now it’s running like a charm just in time for the Holidays! Thanks so much!
