Love it! But wish it had a timer and temp display inside or even bluetooth, to play music/podcast/audiobooks.

I've been using this thing almost every day after work and I love it. By the time I reach the 20 minute mark my heartbeat definitely intensifies and I usually jump straight into a cold shower to really get the blood flowing. The only thing I don't really like is that it only came with 1 red light so you have to rotate from front to back upping the risk of stepping on the very hot steam exhaust.

Worth more then I paid
