Researched obsessively for a month before pulling the trigger on this purchase. Kept looking deeper into large brands offering "elite" level chillers and finding negative review after negative review. All the Orca reviews where positive and spoke of great customer support. Gotta say, I am super pleased with the ruggedness and design of the Orca. It just works, and the company stands behind them. If you want a chiller that works and won't break the bank, go for the Orca.

Extremely impressed (so far)

I've had the chiller going for almost a week and it's completely changed my plunging. After dealing with ice blocks everyday along with anything I could throw in to keep things cold for 3+ years now. Absolute game changer for me. They list the 3/4 hp as going down to 37 but it goes much lower. This thing is so efficient I only need to run a few hours a day. Now you add in the top notch customer service, just amazing. When the owner gets back to your messages lightening fast and also calls you at home to address specific questions , you have obviously built a company that stands above everyone else and it's not even close! Every cold plunge company needs to be taking notes on how ORCA does things!! INCREDIBLE

Service & Quality

I purchased both the tank and chiller for an indoor setup. I love how easy it was to hook-up, both for the physical chiller and app. In making my decision, I was able to chat with a real person in real time. It has been great customer service from beginning to end, which has been rare for me lately. Everything was delivered quickly and the white glove service to get the tank into the home went smoothly. Aside from getting this set-up and using it, it also looks amazing in the room.
