Great product. The heat is very legit and makes for a great sauna session. There is a few things that have disappointed me; For paying $400 these things should never happen. 1. The steamer. It works great, the lid is of poor quality. One of the pegs that latches in place to secure lid while hot steam is made got brittle and broke off. Also one of the relief covers got brittle enough that it also broke off. I now put a weight over the lid to ensure no water leaks and I taped the relief hole. 2. The chair. Now I understand it meant to be a nice little combo you get when you buy a bigger package, but the chair is not fit for a hot steamy environment. Its rusted in half for me and ive used this chair for a year and a half, Unacceptable. 3. Steambox hose inlet. This was poorly thought. It needs a durable rubber hole gasket, so the screw clamp that is used to make a sound fit for heavy steam flow doesnt leak. The hole of my steambox inlet is loose and wallowing. Otherwise a great product.

Love it! Me and my wife use it just about every day. I use it before i go to bed and i sleep so much better now
